A rotary airlock valve is a mechanical device used in bulk material handling
systems to transfer powders, pellets, or granules while maintaining pressure
isolation between two sections of a process. It is commonly installed in
pneumatic conveying systems.
The valve works using a rotating rotor with multiple blades inside a housing. As
the rotor turns, it creates small pockets that carry material from the inlet to the
outlet while preventing air from escaping.
A rotary airlock valve is widely used in industries such as cement manufacturing,
food processing, and chemical production to ensure controlled material flow and
efficient system performance.
